Our history
The Prometeo Group has its roots in 1992, when Paolo Bridi undertook his maiden voyage to South-East Asia. Initially focused on building trade relationships with Vietnam, Bridi quickly recognized the vast potential of the Southeast Asian region. This awareness has spurred the exploration of further trade prospects in neighboring countries such as Cambodia and Laos.

From the beginning of the new millennium onwards, the Prometeo Group began its activities in Myanmar, marking a significant stage in its regional expansion strategy. Over the next decade, the company continued to expand its reach, cultivating business relationships in Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia and Singapore. This concerted effort has enabled Prometeo Group to consolidate its presence in Southeast Asia and capitalize on emerging opportunities in the dynamic regional landscape.
