WHY CAMBODIA?

Cambodia's GDP growth rate is estimated at 5.5% in 2023 and 6.0% in 2024 according to the Asian Development Bank. Cambodia grew by an average of 7% in the years 2010 - 2019, demonstrating solid stability that also resisted the brakes imposed by the pandemic. The country has always shown itself to be open to international trade thanks to internal reforms that have facilitated import/export practices and which have attracted foreign direct investments from all over the world thanks to a new law that came into force in 2021.
The government is working to promote key sectors such as: energy, environmental protection and attracting agriculture
investments that also come from the European Union. Furthermore, in 2022, work began on 161 new large projects divided between the infrastructure sector (51%) and the industrial sector (49%).

The construction of modern infrastructure facilitates the flow of international trade and increases domestic demand for international products. The F&B sector is rapidly expanding and is estimated to grow by 14%. 5% by 2027.
The Interior Design sector is also developing rapidly and this is demonstrated by the ever-increasing number of international architecture firms reaching this market.

The Koh Pich Center is a brand new exhibition center located near the center of Phnom Penh, the country's capital.
​
Near the fair there are numerous luxury hotels, restaurants and typical venues.
The exhibition center is equipped with air conditioning, rooms used for conferences and seminars and surveillance throughout the event.
